This post is the first of what hopefully will become a regular feature, where I interview the proprietor of a local (Crewe & Nantwich) food or drink establishment, sample their wares, and then post a review of what I have eaten/drank. First up is Bloom in Nantwich, and an interview with the Co-Owner Sarah (Sarah owns and runs the shop with her husband Tom).
Just had lemon and ginger tea, which was sublime. Smoked salmon, scrambled egg and avocado piled into a toasted roll. Cost was £9 and worth every penny. It was absolutely delicious!
I never let someone else choose my sandwich but the owner here recommended a pastrami bagel. I can honesly say it was the best bagel I've ever had. Clearly they know their customers and their menu well. Highly recommend!

Nice change, a made to order butty with potato salad. Hot Coffee served with a happy to see you smile. Sorry no photo but a lovely part of town.
Lovely setting, bright and clean. My second visit here and the food was great once again. Staff are friendly. It's a great place to eat your lunch and watch the world pass by.
Lovely Pastrami sandwich, Cannoli and coffee, lovely friendly staff too. Well worth cycling from Whaley Bridge for, thank you!
Good selection of coffee and flavoured teas. Nice and friendly staff but not much seating and what there is, is a bit over crowded
