Amazing place! We have just stayed in the shepherds hut and it was lovely and cosy! The food was amazing in the restaurant, gluten free full English can’t believe how good it all was! Can’t wait to return! Jenny you have it spot on!
So ill be honest after reading some reviews i wasnt sure if i should book.. we have had a fab 4 nights! Very clean, shop stocks enough for a campsite! Hot showers, ALL staff very friendly and helpful
We dined in the restaurant one night which was really lovely.tasty food, amazing portions and prices. We opted for the their takeaway service one night, delivered to our tent, another fab option
Jenny ( owners name i think) is a total trooper... cleans,manages office/shop, and chef! Respect to her.... i never once saw a grump off anyone! We will certainly return, great base for the family
4 nights spent in a luxury glamping tent. Spacious, comfy furniture, great little kitchenette with everything you need, lovely log burner with logs provided, charcoal BBQ, really nice decking area with table & chairs, pretty outside lighting, fabulous private toilet & shower facilities. The food from the restaurant was outstanding. Huge portions & excellent value for money. We chose to eat in our tent & it was delivered to us. Great customer service & really friendly staff. Clean & well maintained site 🙂
Lovely campsite , nice flat service to pitch the tent. Facilities were clean and accessible. Park was ideal for the kids to keep them entertained and to top it off the weather was perfect for our time away.
This is a superb campsite for either families or couple or small groups of any description. The campsite is wonderfully clean all the time. The toilets and shower/ washing facilities are nice and kept clean. There were about 15 there while we were there so the two washing up sinks could be overrun of everyone went at once. The water is nice and hot though so you can actually clean your dishes. There is a restaurant on site but we did not go to it. There were NO problems with insects which some campsites can struggle with. Electric available. Open fires permitted of of the ground and do not damage the grass. Little shop on site had basic necessities too 11/11. Top notch campsite!
Lovely campsite. Playpark for the kids and not too far away from the tents so you feel safe for the children to play. Showers unisex but private enough. Clean facilities. Sutton bank close by to go for great walks/bike trails etc.
Had meal here in the big tepee, which is excitingly styled with a Native American theme inclusing artifacts around the tent. The theme though isn't applied to the foods, which is a shame but maybe understandable as bison aren't common in the area! The food is great quality & there's plenty of options, both for mains & dessert. Food arrived quickly & the staff were very friendly.
Best campsite restaurant I’ve had in a long time! Located in a teepee! Perfect for the traveler who only spends a night with little equipment in need of a good meal after a long drive...

Loved the tent and the whole experience. The wood burning stove is an excellent addition. Recommended!
Really enjoyed our holiday at Canadian fields, But what made the holiday was the food it was outstanding couldn't get better anywhere else and the staff are hard working, helpful and very friendly keep up the good work.
Amazing campsite very welcoming and an absolutely awesome Lapland teepee restaurant onsite with wonderful food delicious.
