Had afternoon cream tea with family (party of 5) to celebrate a birthday.
Excellent array of sandwiches, scones (with jam and cream) and a wide selection of cakes, washed down with tea/coffee.
Absolutely lovely experience,service was fantastic and all at a great price, would highly recommend this to anyone.

Good menu, friendly service and good quality. Good value for money, especially now food prices are rising. One of my families regularly visited cafe restaurants. And there are a lot of above average ones in Newark. Recommended.

We always try to find independent shops and cafes wherever we can. This 1 is in a lovely historic building and has been family-run since the 1960s. We had very good coffee (Stokes of Lincoln), and lovely homemade cakes

Excellent breakfast today, with first class bacon and sausages! Unfortunately I couldn't finish off all the toast😭, On reflection I should have asked for some marmalade to finish it off. Will definitely be back!

Called in on the way to Skegness. It was probably the best breakfast I have ever had along with the very nice coffee.
