Great co-working space very close to the town centre. A recent refurbishment has really improved the facilities - it has a welcoming yet professional feel. The staff are the real highlight, going beyond expectations to really be part of your business team.
We have been a client at Regus Newbury for five years and continue to find their services excellent.
The facilities are always clean, tidy and well presented.
There is a good choice of meeting rooms and the office team are always on hand should you need any of their support services.
I would definitely recommend if you are looking for serviced offices in Newbury.

Great co-working space in the heart of Newbury. The business lounge is a good working environment with a nice mix of professionals and facilities. It provides an environment to concentrate on your work, but also network with others. The stand out aspect is probably Robert, the centre manager at Newbury. He has worked really hard to create a great community environment.
The excellent on-site personnel delivered a perfect day office for working. Robert recovered the sale of time in this Regus facility, after the Regus call centre in Belfast nearly sank the sale with their disinterested manner in dealing what was actually the first booking in - potentially - a long project. We have been at Regus in Newbury for the past 2 years and I will not go any where else as they provide a good service and offer better benefits. Regus Newbury is located in the heart of Newbury , only 2 minutes walk down to the town centre for your shopping and a walking distance to local restaurants and brasseries for lunch. Regus has access to lounges - to use as drop-in workspace . I like that I can access the office 24/7 anytime of the day and any day of the week . Their offices come fully furnished, they are clean and very modern.
Regus Newbury have a lovely manager Robert - and his dedicated team always on hand to help ( Nothing is ever too much for Robert and his team and they always go the extra mile to make life easier for you and help you where they can). Regus Newbury comes with fully stocked kitchens and custom space planning - office design and furnishing services on request . Regus Newbury also has meeting rooms to accommodate any number of people ,when booked on the day it’s 2hrs free - priority booking is also available for a small fee.They also have full events calendar - curated member events, networking days . Regus ,Newbury is also a COVID-19 secure environment. The manager Robert is very proactive with maintaining the centre with all supplies such as alcohol hand gels, hand wash, anti bac wipes , paper towels ,COVID-19 signage and promoting social distancing in the centre and the NHS test and trace is also available at the centre. Face mask are worn when walking around the centre . Extra cleaning of offices is also done frequently ensuring that the centre continues be a safe place for those who are not able to work from home. I started off using the old business lounge and meeting facilities, which proved very valuable in moving our organisation forward. The lounge has been upgraded, making it modern and an even more pleasant environment in which to work.
Our business accelerated dramatically, so a decision was made to take an actual office within the building, this has made another great 'step-change' in the company's evolution and ability to deliver a professional service & image, including support from the great on-site Regus staff...
Receptionist was a star. No parking which is a bit of a faff.
Fantastic serviced offices! Lovely clean interior. First time I have used the venue and will definitely be going back, would highly recommend! Robert the Community Manager was amazing, very accommodating and helpful.
I've just moved a team of 40 people into the REGUS office in Newbury. It's a little too soon to report on how the office operates yet, but based on the move in experience I would highly recommend the office to others.
Kirsty and Paulina could not do enough for me in the months leading up to the move. They spent significant time answering all my questions and queries; normally within a few minutes of me hitting the send button on the email. The building works have been done to a high standard (removal of walls which joined two offices together, and the creation of a meeting room). All the chairs, desks and phones were also brand new - as they did not have enough existing equipment for the number of people we required. The result is a well finished office.
The main short coming of the office in my opinion is the lack of on site parking, but I think this is common theme in most offices in Newbury town centre. We've got round issue for the employees by purchasing season tickets from the council for the local multi storey car park. For any visitors the lack of parking can be a little off putting, but the town centre is very close and there is plenty of car parks available, as well as on street parking a few minutes walk away.
