Foods okay and service is ok. Check ya bag if takeing away tho because several times ive not had food in the bag. And when contacting the store they are not very helpfull

Kfc Newbury, with changes to road layout, can be tricky to locate.
No external seating.
Inside was clean and tidy, and staff were polite. No drive through at this location.
Overall standard KFC food, good staff location could be better for access.

Not sure it is because the Andover restaurant is so poor, but in comparison the Newbury one was great, quick and polite service, fresh food, no drama, so thank you.

Ordered on app. Ready about 30 seconds after arriving - except the drinks. Overall pretty good and nearly always very busy - hence the app ordering. Could do with a better way of serving soft ice cream for takeaway- I nearly ended-up wearing it trying to exit the door.

So I am vegetarian and one of the things I've been missing the most about meat is the kfc crumb coating. So I just tried the vegan burger and I was delighted by it. Slightly dry, but even the meat burger isnt as moist as the pieces right?, and I could have entertained slightly more lettuce, but I really rate the vegan burger. It sounds silly for a vegetarian to want a kfc but I am so happy they now have meatfree options and would highly recommend. If you're meat free for any reason except not liking the taste of meat, then I think its worth a try. Very much looking forward to the day when the vegan nuggets reach the UK stores!

Whatever they did today in the kitchen, keep it that way!! - everything was spot on -- the juicy chicken pieces, wings were crispy and not dry, gravy was spot on ... great decision for a KFC Valentine's ! Fingers crossed they keep today's quality for a long time!

Hopefully the only girl is not being harrassed by drivers? She was working the food and order prep (no tills ) with another young lad and they seem to be the only ones working their butts off....one big bearded, arms tatted up one feeling 'important' and ignoring customers. He was useless. Hopefully management and supervisors check on staff welfare !
