Extremely poor food at lunch time. Considering there were no one else in the pub actually eating, the kitchen was certainly not rushed off their feet to take our food out within 5 min and this was certainly highlighted in the food …
Best pub food I’ve had in a long time, yolk popped on my first egg so they gave a second one great cooks making sure the best food and presentation was served, bar staff was friendly who can pour a good pint got served relatively quick for how full the place was.

We were warmly greeted by Daisy who took us to our table she was very friendly and helpful . The food was really nice and really good value for money. Dave was also very friendly and made us aware of the Christmas menu
Called in for at late lunch today coming back from Manchester. Haven’t been for a while and I have to say we were not disappointed. Nice to see that the chef Zoe is still there, she is such a ray of sunshine. Manager Craig remembered us which is amazing such a great welcome
Everyone was happy with their food, including kids and adult meals with gluten free and vegan options. Even had some live music to add to the fun. Staff lovely and very helpful. Welcomed the dog too!
