Plantsplus Garden Centre

We had our 2nd visit to the restaurant yesterday. It's so clean and well run, they have a clever way to show tables need cleaning with laminated notices given for every customer to leave on the tables when they are leaving. The staff are friendly helpful and efficient. Miles ahead of a well known competitor! The food is delicious. The whole place is clean with a friendly atmosphere, plenty of staff. Their farm shop is good, love the butcher and the fresh milk machine. Is there scope to sell other fresh farm produce?

Haven't been to the garden centre yet as live far away, but was delighted with the help I received on the phone when trying to order an e-voucher online for my mum for Mother's Day. Thanks to the staff member I was able to order quickly and I know my mum will be delighted. Great customer service. Looking forward to dropping in sometime.

A well stocked, interesting garden centre in a very rural setting. The restaurant is well worth a visit with a well drilled friendly staff of ladies who, operating like a well oiled machine, make short work of the longest of queues at the busiest of times. The menu is extensive ranging from light bites to main meals. My wife, a vegetarian, fond of soup, always finds a tasty, meat free alternative.

Can’t recommend this garden centre enough. The staff are first class & go above & beyond to help. Over Christmas I found a Christmas decoration & couldn’t find another one, I queried at till & they said one more in stock & a staff member promptly went hunting for it & found it! Yesterday, I emailed querying if they had conifer hedging. Sarah emailed straight back & was amazing as not only measured height for me, also took photos & sent to me. Ordered & delivered with 2 hrs by the very helpful Tony. Compared to ordering online where delivery costs can be over £100 for bulk item delivery, Plants Plus was only £15 regardless of quantity! Prices overall very reasonable compared to other garden centres, lots of choice & great quality!

Plants Plus is a large garden centre with a good range of plants, gifts, and decorative items. The range is good and the prices seemed reasonable compared to other garden centres we have visited. With a large carpark and easy access it is ideal for people of all abilities. We found the range of trees limited ( though my wife managed to buy one regardless). All in all, I would recommend this place as it had a nice feel to it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to pop out if you need anything for your garden or even if you are just looking for somewhere to fill in a couple of hours in the day.
