1 of the first times I've been in a Greggs and the young lad (Saturday morning) got my order for 6 people spot on and even managed to put the correct amount of Sauce on them .( Not 1 bit went on my top or hand)

Can never go wrong with a visit to this Greggs. Food is always good quality and hot. Service is quick, staff are friendly. The inside is always clean and tidy. There can be a queue sometimes, but always moves quickly.

Just wanted to write a quick thank you to the staff for the kindness you showed the man experiencing homelessness outside the shop. I'm sure you really helped him and it's nice to see how much you care about all your customers, especially those going through tough times. Thank you.

So I'd like to reckonise the hard work, helpful, well mannered staff at this greggs store, I visit atleast 5/6nights a week and evenytime I go in they know my order and I always leave with a smile, they are a great bunch of people Alan, jackie, Dean, Steven, matty, Jo, Keith and they are more like friends then working members of staff, keep up the great work. P.s best greggs in Newcastle :D

Very busy in the morning, but I enjoy coming here and buying a hot chocolate on the way to college. Staff are friendly and food/drinks are given to you very quickly, barely have to wait.
