I love this place and they do have a good v60 coffee with different kinds of beans
Great coffee, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a really great place to have coffee in Newcastle...it just needs more seats...
I went for a specific tea and they ordered it in for me, and it came when they said. It's also in the very atmospheric Grainger Market, so always a pleasure to visit. I just wish it was open a little later than 5.
Beware: the map at entrances to the market lists Pumphrey's at Units 51-53, but it isn't. It's under the glass roof in the middle of the market, where as far as I can see the units are unnumbered. So just head for the glass roof; you can see where it is by the extra light in one area of the market.
Coffee is simply delicious from here.

I'd argue that this is my favourite coffee shop in the north. Awesome, personal service, an excellent atmosphere and a coffee connoisseur's heaven! Thanks for the great coffee, can't wait to come by again soon.

This is my go-to for all things coffee/tea for making at home! Always very friendly and knowledgeable with the widest selection of Decaff coffee beans I have ever seen!
Great place to get loose leaf tea and freshly ground coffee. Both takeaway drinks and beans and leaves for home brewing. Wide selection of flavours and styles available by weight as well as tea and coffee preparation items. Friendly knowledgeable staff happy to answer any questions.
