A lovely girl called Courtney did my make up at Charlotte tilbury. she was so kind and very talented at make up and explained the whole experience and made it worth while so happy with the look.

I have been going to Fenwicks Newcastle for many years now but I have been blown away by the customer service i received from Lisa in the pram department. Poor Lisa has been subjected to at least 5 of my visits since February trying to choose a pram. This lady has never once made me feel a nuisance or never pressurised me. She has answered every question without hesitation, looked up information, order times etc. Very knowledgeable, patient and such a lovely person. I am glad to say we made a decision but honestly she made the experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you Lisa!

Fuego for lunch, very nice but very expensive for what you get.
Stopped at perfume Chanel counter, met Joe. Wow such a lovely guy. Full of knowledge all about all the perfumes. The lunch was my splurge for this week but next time I'm there that perfume is mine 😂

Beautiful department store in the heart of Newcastle. Customer Service is excellent and excellent choice of products in store. However the only thing would be disappointed about the closure of the Patio Restaurant on the Lower Ground floor 4 years ago. That was a firm favourite of ours when we went into Newcastle to have lunch at the Patio. Beautiful Christmas Window every year and Fenwicks never disappoints customers.

We had two visits to Fenwick's; the first was for breakfast where we had a nice cappuccino and almond croissant. the second time was to explore the Food Hall - which is amazing. Obviously, it has high end prices but some of the food there was just incredible not only to gawk at but also to buy. I recommend the carrot cheesecake and some of the savoury pies. It's a welcome haven in the hustle and bustle of the city centre

I was served by Mark on tills of the food section. one of the products I was trying to buy had 2 different prices on it and he unprompted to do so, honoured the cheaper of the 2 tags. Mark has went above & beyond for customer satisfaction and I hope he is recognised for his exceptional public communication skills even without positive customer reviews. keep it up! 10/10

We went to all Saints to see if they had a certain colour in stock. I wasn't so lucky, but a great staff member said she would have it sent. I opted for the lighter leather

Been a while since I last visited but my word this department store has had a glow up! So much so money uncontrollably leaves you! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly & amenities were clean - the food hall is a gem again & women's wear has a brilliant selection..my only note was I was buying valentine's gifts & there were no gift bags not even in the basement.. but what a joy it was to visit here - nostalgic ❤️
