I was greeted by a very polite young man with exceptional customer service skills, who was very helpful and cheery. However, The young lady on the drinks station should definitely take a leaf out of the young man’s book as her attitude was disgusting. Scowl looks when asked if I wanted strawberry sauce on my frappe. No attention to time, my mothers flat white was luke warm once we were seated, Didn’t appreciate the attitude when we were nothing but polite back.

Stopped in for quick snack and drink whilst waiting for Belfast flight. Service was friendly and professional. Quick to receive order. Lovely Americano with shot of steamed milk, made the way I like it. Plenty of space and tables were quickly cleared. Wish I could say the same for the Bfs refreshment options! Recommended.

Great service for the staff in ritazza this morning. All happy and cheer for working at such an early time especially on boxing day! Young gent serving helped me choose the drink i was after as i could not remember the technical name for it!
Coffee served quickly after ordering and found a nice little seat to enjoy whilst I waited for my flight.
Will most definitely be returning the next time I fly through.
