I've been ordering from Runwell for the last 8 years whilst living in Sandyford and Newcastle City Centre. The food has never disappointed and with me living fairly close, if I order for delivery I've literally got my food on the table within 15 minutes of ordering sometimes. Lovely family who run the takeaway too. 100% would recommend.

Pretty good. Its a decent price for what you get (Large portions) but its still sort of generic Chinese food nothing amazing but thats exactly what I wanted and expected. Great service, drivers are always good and they're friendly if you go in. I've never had an issue and I've order 3-4 times from here so I don't know what the other reviewers problem was, perhaps the chef was having a bad day. I cant give it less than 5 stars because it is what it claims to be and it does a good job for the price.

Very nice takeaway restaurant - the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food very reasonably priced and tasty - one limitation, is the lack of card payments (though, there is a cash point literally across the street). Always nice for a treat!

This Chinese is around the corner from me and I tried it for the first time with my partner. We bought two meals and two sides which we shared and the food was of a really great quality. It tasted lovely, the staff were really nice and it the cost wasn't bad for how big the portions were!

I've been going to Runwell for over 40 years and the food is still the same quality and taste. ... just unbelievable but true!!

Very nice great potions and great customer service they forgot my drinks but after calling them they rectified the mistake and delivered them within 15 mins, can't fault them would recommend and use again thanks

Runwell chop suey house is a place of worship for me and my guys. The battered chicken baaaaalls are things of beauty and the sweet and sour sauce is sweet, and also sour. Perfect. I almost rated this 4.5 stars for the bamboo shoots, but nobody orders them anyway unless they’re a child sex offender.

Really cheap food, and amazing quality as well. I ordered my food, and within 10 minutes it had arrived! Great and quick service!
