Perfect breakfast. Light and fluffy bao buns with perfectly cooked eggs. Vegan option available too. Love eating here one of the most consistent places for food. Always Brilliant and friendly service.
Probably the best bao bun I’ve ever had, was apprehensive about a breakfast bao but my was it incredible. Fresh, a perfect balance of flavours and the sauce was to die for. Perfectly accompanied by some delicious hashbrown and dips. Friendly staff and excellent value given the high quality. Can’t recommend enough

A simple, but tasty menu (with vegan and vegetarian options)...so much so that we had to have second helpings (the texture of the bao were fluffy and light and moreish). The staff were lovely, up for a chat, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Was worth the short walk from the center of the city, and we will definitely be back when next in the area!
This place is EVERYTHING! Absolutely incredible food. Probably the best place we’ve found in the north east to eat. We order at least twice a week it is that good. Always comes piping hot and the staff are absolutely lovely when you visit the shop. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Went for the Mega Breakfast Bao, crispy hash which wasn’t greasy, American cheese, higher welfare sausage patty and a nicely spiced siracha sauce - this was unlike any Bao I’ve had before. Vegan and veggie options available and even something for 4-legged friends 😀.

It was my first time ordering from Pablo’s via Uber eats and it did not disappoint. I got the breakfast Bao, hash brown box and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was delicious and perfect for a Sunday morning hangover cure! Will deffo be returning again.
We sat outside this quirky spot. It had been recommended by family so we thought we'd check it out. It did not disappoint! We both got the breakfast bao. The bao was fresh, the eggs were cooked perfectly, lovely sausage patty and the HASH BROWN was SO GOOD. Staff were super sound! Will definitely be going back next time we're in Newcastle
FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I can eat it for breakfast lunch or dinner honestly:) I’m glad there isn’t much options as their one option is the best!! Will recommend and bring friends to try it!!
