Four of us visited for afternoon tea this afternoon. The service was great, very attentive, and the food was excellent! A good mix of sweet and savoury, great that you can choose coffee or a soft drink instead of tea (especially in this weather) and being able to choose plain, fruit or cheese scones is nice. The scones were delicious and still warm and all the food was really fresh. All this for only £15/person which is a lot less than you pay elsewhere. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others!
Hired the function room at Nancy’s for my 40th celebrations. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Staff were lovely and friendly, service was fab and food delicious. They made it such a special afternoon. Would heartily recommend!
Stopped for cakes and drinks on way back from the coast as good location for A11/M11. Lovely location with friendly staff. Great selection of cakes and food, very hard to make a decision between all the choices. We didn't have the cream tea but it looked to be a good option. Highly recommended if you're near Newmarket.

Great atmosphere and has a wide variety of unique and posh teas. Decor is extraordinary and has a nice homely vintage vibe. Great choice of lunches and soft drinks that are deliciously different. The cakes are baked to perfection and the other sweet treats are delicious and filling. The whole experience just leaves all the customers happy and satisfied and the staff are extremely kind and cheery. Would definitely recommend going with family and friends for any occasion!

We were booked to dine on but at the last minute had to swap to a takeaway. Nancy's was happy to switch for us with no problem at all. The service was very friendly, helpful and easy going. We had the classic afternoon tea. Served at home in the photo. Was absolutely tasty and would highly recommend it. Good value for money and we couldn't finish the scones, finger sandwiches and cakes all in one sitting. Will certainly be getting again!
12/8/21 my Bonita princess bring me here for a special day and I most say it's so deli so yummy 😋 I got a Christmas 🎄 tea and the 3-tier plates with mini sandwiches and orange scones 🍊 and cake with 🍓berry jam are so delicious the customer service is also great I highly recommend coming to try this lovely place Happy Holidays ❄🎄⛄
One of the highlights to my visit in Newmarket! Biggest gluten free options list I have seen anywhere for pastries! I tried both scone options but went back for take out and got the plain ones. The loose leaf tea clogged up the spout as I tried to properly pour my tea and ended up making a big mess. Half a cranberry was the culprit. The staff was very kind and helpful with the cleanup! The tea names and decor are fabulous! The tea and pastries are worth a trip to the tea room every day!!!!
Best breakfast I’ve had in a while, and a very cute place too.
It was so lovely and warm and nice to eat there myself and my wife had very good service we didn't have to wait for long and we will be going back next week for afternoon tea thank you lord Hayden
