Excellent takeaway collection, saag bhaji dry as it should be, not like the wet slop I get elsewhere. Chicken Shashlik very good lots of peppers and veg jalfrezi packed with different veg, no complaints whatsoever 👌
Jst got home the chap recommended the dish that I should have in the eating mode now not disappointed. Not cheap but done cheap before really enjoying this price has not entered my head thank you X

The best takeaway curry we've had in Suffolk. We had the lamb sagwala and chicken shatkora which were flavourful and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. Also had the sharing plate where the chicken and lamb were so tender and well cooked, the rice was fluffy and the naans were light and airy.
I ordered online and chose a set time for delivery, the driver was on time and extremely polite (especially being a hard to find house).
I will definitely be ordering from here from now, you can taste the authenticity in the food. A good family run business.
Best takeaway for miles around. Really tasty, plenty of meat/veg and always ready on time.

Ordered delivery last night and it was really good. I had lamb masala and it was delicious. Everything came to the door piping hot, and I mean piping. We had to leave it to cool for a minute before dishing! I was really impressed. The lamb was tender.
Absolutely delicious , I've had the king prawn madras which is worth paying the extra it was so good and have ordered lamb madras, so tender and again delish ! Delivery man really friendly which is a pleasure to see.
Life changing good Indian food! I have yet to find another place that has as tasty of food as this place. It's just wholesome, no frills, good food! When we had to move homes, we actually brought up the fact we'd want to stay in Newmarket specifically so we could keep eating at the Lancer, haha. Service is great too--they've even started to memorize our favorite dishes.
