Main reason for this review is a lovely lady Penny!
She was absolutely amazing. My 17MO accidentally knocked over my drink. How embarrassing… Penny straight away came over, cleaned it up and was super kind and sweet to both myself and toddler!
I then went to re buy my drink and Penny gave it to me, free of charge! She’d just cleaned up our mess!!! What an absolute legend. Thank you Penny, you made our day! 😊✨

Very friendly staff. I was served by a young man who I think was the manager. Nice guy and made me feel welcome. Definitely my favourite coffee shop in town.

I’ve never been here but when my phone was missing these two lovely staff members kindly gave it back to me when they found it outside while my fiancée was looking for it with my mum and I on find my iPhone and I just wanted to say thank you so much it really means a lot

I have put 5 stars for everything . BUT the young lady who works there normally has her hair in a bun, think she needs training on customer service with at least a little smile . Whoever is manager needs to speak to her, others are great and helpful.

Waited as there was only one server during our visit. The coffee and a quick snack were very nice.
Very dog focussed, lots of dogs inside and photos of local dogs were on the wall. Seemed to be a parent/baby group meeting too.
Cafe was a little untidy. Maybe down to staffing levels during my visit.

One wonderful lady working mostly on her own, still keeping up a wonderful Personal character with every customer, continuing to interact as she was making coffees. All food and drinks absolutely delicious, coffee bar amazingly clean even solo during a morning rush, frankly couldn't have been more impressed.

Nice place to go if you ever feel bored, it's a relaxing and calm environment. Not to mention, the staff are really friendly too.
