Eating out when you have allergies and/or coeliac disease isn't easy but our server James was really helpful and took the time to make sure he got everything right. Food was good and it was great that there were even desserts suitable for coeliacs and those with milk allergy.

Came here for the first time ever yesterday with my girlfriend for her birthday and our son, the food was really good, lovely restaurant, and the service was good too! Can’t wait to come back, very reasonably priced as well, excellent 5 stars 😁👍

I enjoyed a delicious lunch here, the food is fresh and tastes good, the restaurant has enough seats, and it is very convenient near the parking lot of the shopping mall

My daughter loves Zizzi. We just celebrated her birthday at Zizzi- Friars Walk. And as always , excellent service with an amazing and lovely team. Thank you very much for making her day special once again:)

Visited Zizzis Newport, food good as always in Zizzis.
On paying bill was told by server I could put tip on card or leave tip on table. I thought tip was at customers discretion and not compulsory. I always leave a tip and can say service received was good but tip would probably been double at least if I hadn't felt I was told to do so as it was expected.

Today me and my friends came to zizi to try it out for the first time. The food was extremely nice and overall a nice environment. However, the problem started when we received our check. As there was a quiet few of us we spent over £100. That was fine for use until our check came and one of our bills was £14 for service charge. I understand time to time there might be some fees in. Restaurants however we were never told about this. I just think it would be better to let your customers know about fees like this especially as there were a lot of us!
