Caffè Nero is my absolute fave coffee shop, and this branch is always clean and tidy and staff are super friendly. My friend and I came today for a coffee and there was a queue but you could see staff were working as quickly as possible, not only to makeup some large in store orders but also preparing some Ubereats orders. Couldn’t help but overhear an elderly lady complaining about the wait and just wanted to say how well the boy serving dealt with it. Yes there was a queue, but it was lunch time so to be expected and the coffee here is definitely worth waiting for

We have been here several times and normally very good but on the last occasion the staff were more interested in putting stickers on each others backs and messing around than making coffee and looking after customers. It's good to have fun at work but not good to ignore customers.

Nice coffee shop and staff always friendly even at busy times. Able to bring your dogs inside which is a nice touch but good seating area available outside as well.

The Nero café donut Spiti was absolutely amazing. The coffee decaffeinated was really very strong and very nice. Then a bacon sandwich which was so tasty was unbelievable. The decor in the place is really great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming would recommend it to anyone.
