The service was good because I didn’t go at a busy time. But the burger was shocking. They weren’t in that much of a rush to not be able to take out some old lettuce. It looks disgusting and tasted gross too made me feel sick.

Absolutely disgusting !!! The attitude of the staff here is disgraceful ! They don’t care about customers in the slightest! You need to stack your management and find new staff. I’ve never been so insulted in my life! A simple request mocked and made feel awful for. Will not come back to this McDonald’s again!

The service I received today was the nicest I’ve had in a long time and not just from a McDonalds. A lovely man called Adam helped me with my tray and seating my two young children. He was so kind and went above and beyond! Thank you Adam
