Lovely fish and chip shop. Myself and husband had the haddock and my boys had the cod. The food was fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious. The portions were huge. Every time we have been there the food has been great. The lady owner is lovely, polite and friendly. I wish it was my local chippy!

In my opinion the best fish and chip shop I have I ever visited. The staff are polite and are always diligent with orders and quick to serve soon after the order. The food is more than reasonably priced where the food is at the highest quality, especially their trademark fish and chips.

Really friendly staff. Great choice of items. Very competitive prices. A small portion of chips is about the size of a large anywhere else. Great portion sizes. Always hot and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

In my opinion best fish n chips in newport. Portion sizes very generous, lovely thick cod and very reasonably priced especially considering the quality. Owner really friendly and eager to please.

possibly the best chip shop i have been to in a while. the staff are extremely polite, cheerful and professional. since the grease monkey chavs have left the building i would recommend this chippy to all i know. and further more they no longer have anemic sausages!!!!!!! and what a handsome looking chef. girls its worth a look!!!!

We had a socially distanced get together yesterday outside our flats. Blue Oyster delivered our pre ordered fish/chicken and chips. They were really good, hot, nice fish, not all batter. They will be our go to for our next one.
