Sean Roper was with us the next working day when we told them we wanted to sell a property. He arranged for it to go into the next sale and within literally weeks the property was sold and it went for way over the reserve price. Gemma in the office is equally efficient and has her finger on the pulse and is very professional. She keeps you fully informed and ensures that all paperwork is in place in good time. The photographer and video cameraman was also very flexible and did a great job. The website is very easy to navigate and in the lead up to the sale they send you a statistical breakdown of the level of interest. It is exiting at the end, a bit like cheering on a winner at the Grand National. To cap it all I had a phone call from Mr Paul Fosh just before the sale started wishing me luck.
