Visited 20/4/18. Fantastic food (including chicken nuggets for my daughter). Excellent service, all staff made us feel important and made a great fuss of my 9 year old for her birthday. Have eaten here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The chicken jalfrezi is gorgeous. ����
Great food and service. Staff very polite and helpful with meal selection ideas to try different dishes.
Restaurant is very clean and well set out add to the atmosphere.
The important bit valve for money is excellent really worth a try.

We are in Newport for a little break and looked online for a good Indian restaurant, we found Vanilla Spice...and we were glad we did...
It was a Saturday night, it was fairly busy, but everything was awesome....the staff were great, attentive but not in your face, the decor and atmosphere was lovely....AND the food was absolutely amazing....so full of flavour, and very fairly priced. Thankyou
Had a lovely evening tonight for our daughters 25th birthday. Staff were lovely and the curry was the best I've ever tasted in my 52 years of life 😋thank you everyone x 🥰😍 they even put a firework in my daughters cake 🎂 🥰
Great food and good value too. Staff are friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and tidy.
Have visited twice on Monday/Tuesday evenings and restaurant has been very quiet on both occasions.
Plenty of parking and there is a rapid EV charging station just down the road near McDonalds.
Standard toilet was out of action but could use disabled toilet, which was fine.
Can definitely recommend.
Haven’t been for years, never seen a cleaner restaurant in Newport to be honest! Service great & professional. Curry was yummy! Decor is beautiful, we’ll be back ;)
We had a lovely Waitress who looked after us. She was friendly and polite.

Tried this in passing, found them on justeat ordered before they opened, picked up on the dot. Fair play they went the extra length for some takeaway folks for us and the food was amazing. Onion bahji and the tikka massala, from my end was gorgeous, peshwari naan was good too, from the partners side of view, he had no view lol... he had a good sweat on, I think you killed him with the chillies 😂

Vanilla Spice is an Indian restaurant. One of the best for quality of food. The care taken to flavour the dishes is fantastic. It is a nice place to take like-minded friends who enjoy trying different varieties of Indian food.
Fantastic takeaway, our first in 10 months. Used Vanilla Spice which was recommended. Would highly recommend them, good food, delivered hot with good portions 👍
