Lovely peri peri chicken, excellent flavour, texture. It’s the star item on the menu, if you love peri peri this is the place to get it in Newport!

Ordered from here many of times. The taste of the food is lovely and its halal. Gave the service only a 3 because we had one incident where the driver came and left the food on the door and didn't knock, must of rang our bell and left which doesn't work at the moment but I taped over it to show it doesn't. Anyway we called up as it was wet from the rain and stone cold. Basically they believed the driver and not us. Which was abit frustrating but we decided to let it slip. I just make sure I keep an eye on the tracking app so it doesn't happen again. I would recommend the chicken fillet rice box, whole/half chicken how ever big you want. My husband loves the extra hot taste and I love the bbq and my kids love the chicken fillet burger and chicken popcorn.

I’m on a trip visit in UK and I was looking for Halal food around, a friend recommended chicken shack which was a nice experience.
I ordered the food and collected it for takeout, the food was tasty and the portions were generous.

I do not know what most of these bad reviews are about!! The food was absolutely lovely, will definitely be ordering again, the two girls are very friendly and helpful when taking my order and always give the best customer service.

I like the chicken I got to b honest, the surrounding area is shocking, there is a biffa bin literaly outside the doors of the restaurant, and it STINNNNNNKS.
The staff are rather friendly but very heavy type of conversation and service, no professionalism here atal.
This ace has a lot of potential, it probably should read these reviews and act on them rather than defend them..
Have a sweep up outside, get the gangs off the corners and move the bin for God sake, what a pull off!!!

Don't know what the bad reviews are for. Just ordered for the first time from deliveroo and it arrived on time and hot. Had the boneless platter? great portions and the peri chicken was lovely :D

Chicken and fries were fresh and piping hot. I don't mind paying extra (yes you can get meals from KFC lower than their prices) when it is like this. Lose 1 star as the dip that I was charged 50p for was off really off.
