The food was good, service was good as well. I was just disappointed about their selection, because they don't have Bourbon Chicken, and their "meals" come with fried rice. No substitutions. So because I wanted Lo Mein, I had to order something entirely different than what I intended. Besides that, everything was delicious. Don't get me wrong, they have a decent menu just not what I was in the mood for.

Ordered Monday special online. Requested no green peppers. Upon picking up owner shorted wontons. When I confronted her, she replied "since you requested change" you don't get your wontons. Unbelievable! That doesn't make any sense except for pure greed. Perhaps you might list that on your website ordering!

I Realize food has gone way up however I ordered pai tia combo there was 2 shrimp n a few pieces of chicken there was no veg an maybe 1/2 egg am not exaggerating .I will never order from hear again this was my first bad experience with them but it will b my last it was so bad ..it was noodels with a few pieces of chicken 2 shrimp no veg vary disappointed.

Freezing cold inside and charged extra for steamed rice and crispy noodles for moo goo gai pan. Other reviews gave this restaurant great reviews, I found the food to be average, should not be charged for rice and noodles, and they need to heat the restaurant for the customers comfort. I will not be back.

Food is good and I like supporting a local business. I just don't remember the last time I got an order at the time it said it'd be ready. They used to be fast and efficient a few years ago but they've gotten to the point it's 40+ minutes after your order pick up time that they even start your food. I ordered at 4:50 for a pickup time of 5:10. I got out at 5:50, but that was after asking to see the order status which seemed like it shuffled often. Having one person doing online orders, phone orders, in person, and Doordash while packing the food and then starting things in the fryer? Makes no sense. There is no prioritization or process for the orders. I watched her write the orders from printed receipts from online onto paper tickets... while taking orders from the register and answering the phone. I couldn't keep it straight as an observer, I can't imagine doing it. I felt bad for her honestly. Sad because the food is good, but just don't even bother going around rush hour. Maybe during non peak times, but otherwise I can't keep dealing with the unpredictable wait times. Just be honest with the pick up time, I don't want to wait next to rude and angry doordash drivers for 40 minutes while trying to support the business by not using those predatory apps that hurt owners.
