Ihop

First, the one and only waiter in the restaurant was very kind and friendly and polite and was serving as quick as he could. Second, I had to wait too too long to be asked my order. The restaurant was not busy. Third, the meal was served quickly (it was crepes) but another customer's meal was delivered way later. The waiter gave her the meal free, as he should have. Fourth, my crepes tasted like meat and fish, as if the grill had not been cleaned. DO BETTER, IHOP!!! I will not be returning.

**The only thing saving this review** *is 100% staff friendliness* The food was cold upon being served. Food was also served at odd times: two people got majority, (but not entirety), of meal and waited for side while others waited for any portion of their meal to arrive. One guest's side was served, (strangely piping hot), minutes before receiving the check. The wait staff was ever so friendly and accommodating. Also apologetic. They're good people. If you're looking for solely staff hospitality and friendliness, this is your place! If you'd like to enjoy breakfast, TOGETHER, as a family, I'd venture on down the road.

The place was practically empty and had to wait for seating like 20 minutes. Then when we got sat, the booth was dirty. Ordered our food, only received half our food. But the waitress did catch it before I said something. The silverware was dirty. Food was mediocre. We're not from around these parts and with it being one of only a few places open to sit and eat and has a parking lot I was truly expecting better. I do not recommend this IHOP. Worse IHOP I've ever been to. But the waitress was nice! That's the only reason I don't give them a one star rating. Thank you Ms. Waitress.

Staff was courteous however so slow, it's ridiculous. There were plenty of people working but from my own observation they stand around in the kitchen talking instead of doing their job. Waited forever to get seated when there were so many empty tables and the food took long time to get. It was good however.
