Wendy's

I just wanna give a shout out to the Newport Wendy’s staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My kids love getting Wendy’s and usually we do the drive thru at night. The staff is always so friendly and nice! They are efficient and the food is always right. I also get breakfast from here sometimes and I am picky about my bacon, I like it very crispy, and they always get it right. In a pandemic and with the staffing shortages this Wendy’s has prevailed and overcome and are doing so beautifully! Night and day difference compared to Taco Bell across the street….. seriously don’t even bother trying to go thru Taco Bell’s drive thru you will be sitting stuck in the drive thru line all day! They like to ignore customers in the drive thru line! Just don’t even waste your time and just come over to Wendy’s they will take care of you! Currently waiting for my doordash order from Wendy’s as we speak! Keep up the good work newport Wendy’s! Y’all deserve raises!

Need to fix the problems with the drive thru line blocking the entry. Kid wanted nuggets so I had to wait a few mins on the road for the drive thru line to get shorter so I could get into the lot to park. Its always like this in my experience. I prefer not to go there. Pulling in and out of there will stress you out.

Went to the drive thru after a long day of flights needing food for myself and my kids and the drive thru took 45 mins of sitting for me to get to the screen and her tell me their computers were down and they needed another 10 minutes. Which lasted 20. And then I got to the window and the workers were screaming at each other
