Little Caesars

I didn’t get the name of the employee working yesterday, but I just wanted to say he was wonderful he opened the store and stayed there by himself with no help, no one else showed up to work. Not many people would have stuck it out. I really hope the managers or corporate appreciate him for sticking it out and even with him being alone our pizza was awesome I didn’t mind the wait because he was so polite and doing his best.

I ordered 16 pizzas from them with only a one day notice in advance. When I arrived to pick them up everything was ready and all the pizza looked and tasted great. Extra shout out to Jessica who took my order and was there the next day to help me carry them to the car! I will definitely recommend this Little Caesars to other people.

Ordered a pretzel pizza at about 1130 and was told to come back in 7 minutes. Came back in about 10-12 and had to wait again for even longer because they sold the pizza that I had ordered and paid for as a hot and ready and had to make a new one. Super annoying. Business is desperately in need of competent management.

I placed my order online and arrived at the time it said my food will be ready. There were approximately 6 people waiting in their lobby area already. I told the cashier what I was waiting for when I arrived because my food was not in the pizza portal. There appeared to be at least three people in the kitchen area preparing food. They were not placing anything into the carry-out portal. Everything was being put into the warming ovens behind the cashier. As people came in she pulled things that were already promised to people but nothing was tagged as such. I stood and waited in the lobby for 35 minutes before finally getting my food. I will not return to this location. The cashier said that she was also the manager which is hard to believe because things were very disorganized. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. If I could give the store less than 1 * I would!
