Penn Station East Coast Subs

I just wanted to give a huge recognition to Store #34, 1704 Monmouth St., Newport, KY 41071 location. Gavin, Sunny, Neena,Joey ,and Mark we’re all phenomenal staff! The service was very fast and efficient. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The food met all expectations. I have not been to Penn station since the pandemic. And as soon as I came back, all of my needs were met times 10! I think this is one of the best store locations I’ve been to in the tri-state. The store deserves a huge five star review! Will also be posting an amazing review on Google! Thanks to the team members for handling my crazy order without any issues! And most of all thank you for their awesome personality and customer service! Will definitely be back! Shout out to Sunny for being so positive and productive. I really hope he is able to get his first car soon! He deserves it! Hey, maybe even Penn station can help him get there!

One of mine and the wife's favorite place to eat!! Staff is super friendly and always very welcoming!! The only thing I would suggest for this place is the tables need to be wiped off a little more lol. I'll never stop eating here and we love the people that work there but there isn't a clean table in that joint!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

My first 20 orders were great but last week I ordered my usuall. Tasted fine until 5 hours later I never got so sick in my life. I threw up the entire order it was horrible. Something must of been spoiled. I never threw up like that in my life. I have yet to find a place in newport where I can eat on a consistent basis without a problem. Arby's got hair in my food 5 days in a row Dixie chili hair in my food 6 days in a row Pasquales hair in my food 5 days in a row etc. I'm running out of options I thought if I bought $40 dinner it would be better but I'm not sure about that now. I have to order from Uber eats so I pay twice as much on top of that plus I get no refunds now thanks to tacobell messing up 50 orders in a row. I've lost all hope for eating out in newport these days except for donatos and I can't afford 45 dollars a day for food.

Horrible service got my order all wrong wouldn't do anything told me I had to bring my sandwiches in and they'd replace them but are they gonna replace the time and gas I spent to go out of my way to get Penn Station. I love the store but honest this is the worst location I've ever been to I don't know if they just don't care or what but it was an all around bad experience

I went online Sunday evening, to see how long this Newport, KY Monmouth Street Pen Station location would be open. The online time of closing the restaurant was stated to be 9:00 PM. I get to the door at 8:00 PM, walk in, to be told the store is closed at 8:00 PM. They walked me out the door and locked the door behind me…. Not good!

They have really good food... But they pay their employees not enough money at all... Mangers don't make much.. other restaurants as manager is making $18 or more an hour but seems like Penn station the only one that don't pay their employees higher pay I think they should make at least 15 for employees and managers I think should make at least 19 or little more hour... But seems like the owner don't want to pay their employees any thing they take advantage of their mangers and employees paying them less and making them work more and work more days as well...
