Papa Johns Pizza

Papa Johns is my favorite brand of pizza. And in the past 20 or so years I have eaten a TON of it. However I have to say that this particular store produces some of the best Papa Johns pizza that I have ever had... Perfect temp, perfect amount of toppings, the dough has the perfect tension, and when it gets to me and I open the box I always feel like I got the pizza that was in the commercial. Who ever the manager is of this store keep doing what your doing cause out of probably 1000 Papa Johns pizzas I have eaten in my life time the ones from your store are in the top 1%.

Called when someone finally answered I asked what specials they had. I was told q large specialty and 1 large one topping for 25 and change. Then was put on hold. Eventually someone picked up barely speaking English. I foreigner gave my order for the special and they said 42 and change. When questioning the price they put me on hold AGAIN. About 10min passes and the first guy I talked to answers and he apologizes and said they were using a outside company to handle phone in orders. offered to retake my order and transfered me back to the answering service to go through the exact same ordeal. By this time I just gave up.. A few days later a coworker ordered me n her a large 3 topping and was told would be $35 and an hour and a half delivery time. No thank papa John's. You lost 2 immediate sales in a few days. Papa John's no doubt has the best pizza in Newport and my future business will depend on if I can get past the ordering stage without needing a translator and not being priced as tho it is made of gold. It's pizza not lobster.

A zero for me if there was that option…These guys accepted my order and took the money out of my card and then they closed the restaurant without bringing me the order. If you knew you can’t make that order in time, or you almost close why take the money out of my account?….I called the customer service and they told me i have to wait for 24hrs. And now this late i have to look for another restaurant with my kids. Terrible service, not trustworthy.. THATS STEALING!!!!!

Nice and consistent. Generally order online and pizzas always ready in the time frame given.. Likely 20mins... There "Pizza Dough " savings program is a nice touch. So for each dollar spent you get a dough point. In our case we end up with enough dough to get a free pizza after 5-7 visits(usually order 1or 2 large pizzas for our regular orders . When I'm feeding the crew then I end up with enough dough for a free pizza after that one visit (usually 8 to 10 pizzas to feed the crew).
