The first thing I noticed when I walked in to Arby's was the scrumptious food they have,but soon I saw the best thing at Arby's. Cecil was the first employee who greeted me at Arby's and made my experience so much better,He welcomed me in like family,and gave me my food,the other employees were nice as well,but Cecil,man he just lights up the room,so if u ever go to Arby's,make sure to say hi to friendly ole Cecil.

This Arby’s Has always been clean and run in a professional manner. The food is fresh and hot. Staff is polite. This is a good place to eat. Great owner.

Great place to eat at and it just so happens to have one of the nicest, caring, and respectful man that any man,woman and or child would be not only honored but privilege as well to know and or just meet and his name just so happens to be the one and only Cecil holt. I think that he is the out most single handed employee that they just so happen to have or ever will have for that matter. So if your out and about and your hungry and wanting a great place to eat. And wanna meet the best person in the world go to Arby's in newport tn. I promise yuns that you won't regret your decision.....

They were out of large fry boxes so they only could give a medium? Why not give a medium and small or something. Not saying I won't return but if not going to be my first choice to go

I had the most pleasant experience at the Arby’s in Newport last Friday, 1-21-22 around 7 PM. The server says Myra Y, but it’s the manager who came to the register that I really want to brag on!! She might have signed on and her name is Myra—I’m not sure. She had dark hair, young, and used pleasant southern charm with the “here you go, baby.” I’ve never had such great customer service at an Arbys before. She respectfully honored a coupon I had and made sure my food was to me super fast. Y’all don’t want to lose her! Her kindness is what really made my night especially with the not so great day I was having. Thank you to this manager! You are doing it right! God bless you!

It was Arby's. I knew what to expect as far as the food and I wasn't disappointed in what I got. I asked for two packets of barbecue sauce and discovered after I got the food home that I had been given bronco berry sauce. That was the only disappointment.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich meal with curly fries and a Dr pepper and it was very good. The food was hot. The cashier at the window was friendly and they were very fast. I was definitely pleased with my food.

I had ordered a beef and cheddar with no red sauce on it and I got red sauce I want it I should have checked it before I pulled out of drive-thru my bad but it was specifically said no Red sauce... My ex my boyfriend had ordered cheese sandwiches and we got a total of four a boyfriend's like why not just put the chatter on the discipline roast beef but no that's not the same then we had to go across the street go through back drive-thru again and had to wait there for another three to four no let's say 5 minutes of waiting for you out to replace it so my rating for you is thumbs down I would not recommend you maybe next time you might get a thumbs up
