Long John Silver's (31891)

The Staff was friendly and helpful. I am wheelchair bound and one of the Employees happily carried our food selections to an accessible table in a cozy corner along with dipping sauces and checked frequently to make sure everything was on good. The food was fresh and at the proper temperature. She even cheerfully refilled my Diet Soda and brought a to go box for my leftovers..

Well Normally it's amazing. This time around we ordered the huge family meal with 12 pieces of fish and I got 6 of each. Got home and ate them with the family the next day I was sick. Not for sure but it smelled odd when I ate it but I just thought I bought it I'm gonna eat it. It tasted kinda funny but no one else seemed to care cause we were hungry.

Cashier at drive thru failed to tell me they was out of large fry containers charged me for it with my meal and yet the first two that came out did not try and make it right. Sat until the 1st lady came out again she was willing to give me a dollar out of her pocket to make up for the overcharge but that's not right it should be the stores responsibility not the employees especially when she was not the one taking my order!

Very disappointed, A customer was being served through drive thru window because he didn't have mask I walked around to door to maintain proper social distancing I had on mask he didn't. Cleary im not in a car but I was turned away after employee asked who I believe is a member of management. Thankfully there's a Walgreens next door ill just grab some cold lunch meat.

Went to the A&W/LJS went 1 week ago and stopped on our way to Gburg Ordered a chicken slider combo and a kids cheeseburger meal. After ordering it took 25 minutes to get our food. We should've just told them to refund our money but we was in a lil bit of time crunch so we didn't wanna waste time stopping elsewhere. But we would've if we had known it would take so long. But anyways stopped Monday Dec 27 on our way to Dollywood and seeing how we don't have A&W or a LJS where we live we thought we'd give it another try. ( Big mistake) so we went through the drive thru and ordered our food. Thy were 8 of us and we ordered 8 combos which I knew it might take some time the girl on the speaker told us that the chicken tenders are "dropped" as it's ordered and told us it would be 7-8 minutes which was fine. She gave us our drinks and asked us to pull forward while we waited on our food after about 10 minutes of waiting she brought out 2 bags of food. Which I immediately knew all our food didn't fit into 2 bags. So we started checking our bags and we're missing about half our order. Not to mention the chicken tenders we were waiting on to begin with. We did go back in and she knew immediately that our order was wrong cause she asked what we were missing. ( Must be a regular problem) anyways we told her and she took our ticket back to the back and then another girl possibly a manager came back up and asked what all we was missing and we explained it. So then after waiting another 15 minutes or so they finally did get our order complete. I will say I Like not A& W and LJS but I will never go back to the one in Newport TN.
