Staff are excellent however there needs to be more people serving in a morning. Always takes about 15-20 minutes to get served because there is only one member of staff racing around like a blue arsed fly trying to make food and drinks for collection, online and justeat orders. Why have so little staff at your busiest time of the day? Frustrating.

A very busy day and an obviously understaffed team. (There was a very polite notice to this effect displayed). The 3 staff worked their socks off with no let up. All credit to the 3 of them for not caving under the pressure and getting all the orders out as quickly as they possibly could. Thank you.

Very busy coffee outlet. Seating upstairs too. Coffee good, staff friendly and efficient. Disability entrance. You might be lucky to park outside for forty minutes to use shops. Toilets up and downstairs.

So sad to see how harsh this shop has been turned into. It used to be so warm and cosy. All because of something that has a 99.9% survival rate.

Wonderful.
An elderly lady fell outside of the Costa in Newport. A member of staff went outside to help. Sat her down outside and bought her a glass of water. A few minutes later they helped her inside and offered to give a hot cuppa, she said she would sooner go home. She was still a bit confused so a member of staff bought her car round and took her home made sure family and friends were there to help her.
That's what I call going the extra mile.
