Always excellent. Lovely McFlurry flavours. Best fries of all the competition. Esp when they come out crispy and hot. Big tasty is the best burger ever conceived by man. Big Mac is a close second. Double cheeseburger is the staple.

Great breakfast menu, great main menu. It's quick but got my orders wrong on multiple occasions. Best Mcdonald's out of all the ones in Newport, though.

Drive through can get a little bit busy in the morning before 11 but that's only because that bloody sausage mcmuffins and coffee are soooooo good...🥴🤤.

We were there today about 12 ish. We are in our 70s and called in on the way home from hospital. Tired and had difficulty using the automated ordering but the Manager saw we were having difficulty and called us over and took our order. He was so nice.He then delivered the food to our table which was Fresh and hot. . The place was clean and the rest of the staff were pleasant. I do a lot of people watching and they seemed to all work well with each other. I believe the Managers name was Matthew.
We will definitely call in again.

I was in here for lunch today 28/5/23 with my two small children. A South Asian lady was extremely helpful and kind and helped me carry food back out to the car 5*, thank you

I came in here to wait for my husband and mother in law. As I'm disabled and use crutches it can be difficult. The staff were really helpful and helped me find somewhere to sit and to get my order. I had a coffee and was checked on to see if I needed anything else. That meant a lot to me and made me feel special and valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as the service is perfect. We stayed for lunch and that was excellent too. Served lovely and hot. This is the best experience I've ever had in a McDonalds restaurant.
