This was in Newport, S. Wales, we stopped for a coffee / tea. As are most Costa coffee shops, it was quite busy but staff were pleasant and polite. A good atmosphere and we would recommend.

The drive thru is a great way is getting drinks on the go. I usually visit around 10.30am and it's always fairly quiet - it only takes a minute or two until I'm being served. The staff are friendly and the drinks are nice (as expected).
