Photo doesn't do the justice. Very tasty GLUTEN-FREE take away fish and chips. We had it few times now. I do recommend it. And it's GLUTEN FREE! Location is great. With the car park spaces just in front and at the back of the shop. Well deserved 5* 😍

Our first proper meal in Newtown. Yes only fish and Chips, but very pleasant. Good sized meals and well prices for my wife, daughter and I. Limited parking outside, but nice to have a chippy that's slightly off the road. There's also a restaurant area if you fancy a sit down instead of just takeaway and a toilet. The service was very efficient and wait times low, (we did go at a low period). They also accept card payment's. Thank you

We visited around 8pm on a Wednesday and so were lucky enough to have both fish & chips freshly cooked while we waited. It was worth the wait too: fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were good too.

Stopped off here for some food on the way to north Wales. Spotted it and pulled over. Ordered fish and chips, one battered sausage a Chicken breast and curry sauce to take away. The food was all cooked fresh so had to wait 5 mins. The prices are really good. The food was amazing. Very tasty and cooked to perfection. The food was all so pipping hot. Curry sauce was very good. The restaurant was clean and fresh. There is a seating area if you wish to eat in. Will defo go again and recommend.

Good chippy and not expensive. Parking spaces in front of the building and large dining area. Chips were great and the gravy is real, not out of a packet. Good size meals for children as well.

Small fish and chips ordered with mushy peas and gravy it was lovely. Ate in the cafe area nice and clean and quite busy. Husband ordered chips with peas and gravy, not many chips but he liked them and of course the kids enjoyed theirs. Staff were nice and friendly.

Driving back from Aberystwyth last week, I was very hungry, and looking for food. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a fish and chip sign, and managed to find a parking place a 100 yards past. Entering the shop, which had an entrance stacked up with a recent delivery of potatoes, I went in to the fryers area to be greeted by a delightful smile. I ordered fish and chips and a pot of tea, and sat in the well appointed restaurant to eat it. One of the best fish and chip suppers I have ever eaten arrived shortly afterwards.
Saved my life as I was starving. Will call again next time I am in the area.
