I came here yesterday and got hot chocolate and a cheese and caramelized onion toastie. I must say the staff were so kind and hardworking and the food/drinks were amazing. My nan really enjoyed it, it was her first time visiting and she can't wait to go again. Thank you for such a positive experience!
Called in waiting 8 minutes to get a flat white and coffee ☕️ and 2 toastys just ignored by staff doing paperwork, as time was passing my parking was running out, in the end got 2 glasses of water, didn't buy anything. If you see a customer drop your paperwork and give them service.
Dog friendly, that's gives them an automatic 5 star for me. Staff so nice and always good coffee and tray bakes.

The coffee/mocha was good as was the brownie but the place lacked a bit of tlc. Dirty windows outside. Dirty windowsills inside. Tables need cleared quickly if you don't provide a station for customers to help out by returning their cups …
A great spot in the centre of the bustling town of Newtownards. Friendly staff, good coffee and the best location for a coffee shop. Right on the town square. There's even books you can read once you switch off all electronic devices!
