The coffee/mocha was good as was the brownie but the place lacked a bit of tlc. Dirty windows outside. Dirty windowsills inside. Tables need cleared quickly if you don't provide a station for customers to help out by returning their cups etc when finished. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
****update**** passed while walking the dog a few nights ago. Pleased to announce staff were busy cleaning the place. Windows spotless inside and out and the grime on the interior window sill/cill was now gone. Do the people that matter really read these reviews and react....im saying they do....well done. Keep up the good work.

I came here yesterday and got hot chocolate and a cheese and caramelized onion toastie. I must say the staff were so kind and hardworking and the food/drinks were amazing. My nan really enjoyed it, it was her first time visiting and she can't wait to go again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I visited with my baby and dog so had my hands full. They were really busy but the barista (I think his name was Colin) was so helpful, carrying a highchair and bringing my tray to the table. I had a croissant and tea which was lovely.

Come here daily, staff are lovely and always up for a laugh.... a beautiful coffee and a laugh certainly helps put your morning on the right track. Couldn't complain about the coffee or the staff at all. They are all awesome! Wouldn't get my coffee anywhere else!

Dog friendly, that's gives them an automatic 5 star for me. Staff so nice and always good coffee and tray bakes.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Also pup cup makes doggy feel special! 😉🐶

A great spot in the centre of the bustling town of Newtownards. Friendly staff, good coffee and the best location for a coffee shop. Right on the town square. There's even books you can read once you switch off all electronic devices!
