Last month and this month visiting this Wendy's has been hands down a stark difference in customer service to food quality!
Yall give these employees a raise or something because they are so professional, kind, and pack our food so neatly, they are dressed neatly too and all of our food is there!!!
This was way different from our first visit back in September. The employees then were rude, hurried and missed half of our order.
So kudos to you guys. This coming from a military family. We love yall!

My husband and I ordered from here and the workers were extremely rude. We ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up the food, the menu said they no longer served the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger, but we were able to order it online. We expected them to let us know that they no longer served it, but to our surprise we got the burger. When we opened it, it had mold on the top bun. I took pictures, but for whatever reason it won't let me add a photo. They had us pull up for the drinks and basically threw them into my husband's hands. He ordered a Dr.Pepper but was given a lemonade instead. I do not recommend eating here at all. They clearly do not care about their establishment or customer service.

Do NOT go to this place! We tried to go through the Drive-Thru this evening. Yes it was late however, the employee running the the station was rude as can be, and difficult to understand when pulling up to the speaker. When trying to place the order, the lady was rude, and kept saying is that all? Is that all? Is that all? Sir how many more orders do you have? After my husband told the lady he had 2 more meals to add to our order after placing his and my order. Her attitude was so atrocious and disgusting we just drove off.
When we drove off, the employee looked out the window and appears to give a rude gesture through the window to us as we drove off. There is no excuse for this behavior.

Complete A holes I was ordering my food all was good but then the I’m guessing manager took over the mic and started getting upset with me for no reason then when I got up to the window she wouldn’t listen to my requests and then when I got my food half of it was missing and when I try to call back to ask for a refund they won’t answer the phone so not only was the customer service bad but they can’t even do their jobs right. Would not suggest going here there’s another Wendy’s not to far away that is much better.

Poor customer service, had to keep repeating my order and when I get to the window the employee acted like she didn't care. If you don't like your job please get a new one and treat people with respect. We are spending our money at this business and we expect to get good customer service. They didn't give a receipt because they knew I was going to complain.

I have never written a review before but I am compelled to write a review because I cannot express enough how upset I am at this location that I have to write this review. 1.) The lady at the intercom told me that it was a 10-15 minutes wait. I said that’s fine. As I LOOOVE Wendy’s and 10-15 minutes wait is nothing. It has probably been a minute or 2 when the lady returned to take my order. 2.) I was asking about the promotion that they are offering on the mobile app to make sure that I use it correctly and she was not happy about it because it sounds like all she wanted to do was take my order to get rid of me. 3.) As I try to place my order - I was informed that they do not have the bourbon chicken sandwich. I was confused what she meant - and she said they do not have the sauce and continued to inform me that they do not have 3 other items that is on the menu. 4.) She was so rude that instead of listening to my order she kept interrupting me so I had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept interrupting me as I place my order. 5.) There was no greeting at all when I got to the window. I mean I’m not even surprised. Also at this point, I didn’t even get to use the promotion I was trying to use because she did not even answer my question in the first place because all she wanted to do was interrupt me and get me out of the drive-thru. 6.) I asked for a receipt and was informed that they are out of receipt paper. 7.) They have domino’s boxes on the counter. I believe that this is unsanitary. Are they eating while serving food? I don’t understand. 8.) Guaranteed hot and crispy fries? Forget about it. Not today.
Overall… this is not the first time all these concerns had happened. This is a repetition at this location - they tell you that it will be such wait (but not really) as if they’re just trying to see if a customer would wait or leave (because maybe they do not want to work? I don’t know). They are always out of something. From sandwiches to salads to bake potatoes to cookies. Just always out of something. Even receipt paper. If I spend over $20/$30 every time I come here. I would want my receipt. RUDE RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEES.
It seems like this review does not matter because it has been the same complaints from different people and nothing is changing.

I order delivery from here from time to time, this specific location however is rather......iffy. Its a slim chance you get your order right here. They never give you the correct amount of nuggets.......ever. More times than not my sauce is either forgotten or wrong, there's never any napkins regardless of me requesting them. Burgers are sad and messy as ever. The drinks are 98% ice , I probably get 5oz of a beverage out of a 16oz cup. The fries, are ok when they don't get super soggy. They're the closest so that's the only reason I've returned, up until now. Just wish they had better quality control and care that went into customer's orders.

Most horrible Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Its close to home do I have tried it 4 times but all 4 times were horrible. This last time I took my money and left. I pulled up yo the window and gave them my card then they kept asking me to pull backwards behind the window after handing them my car. I asked them why and they kept ignoring my question and yelling to move backwards. I told them to just give my card back and I left. This was my last attempt. They always are very rude but this was the last straw and first time I left without my food. Just ridiculous.
