When I went to go order my food, one pepperoni pizza, the manager rang my order up. I asked her if she had one ready, and she agreed. The cashier came to continue to take my payment. Thinking I was gonna get my pizza after I payed, I waited for 5 mins, before I asked her if I can get the ready pizza. She acted like she didn’t know one was ready to be taken. No communication was taking in this transaction. I shouldn’t have to wait. So always ask again if it’s finished.

It’s absolutely baffling that corporate hasn’t stepped in and done something to fix the issues at this location yet. I’d never order from here myself but I’ve done many DoorDash orders and every night, this place is packed with upset customers, many of who have been waiting an hour+ for their orders. The staff completes parts of orders which sit there on the rack for over an hour until the last part(s) of their orders are made. No rhyme or reason to how orders are completed. It’s just wild.

Not sure why people keep saying they are short handed. Most of the orders are online. So they don’t need a cashier. They never have thing “hot and ready”. Several times my order has been 20 minutes longer than the time online said it would be ready. I’m going to a diff ent store from now on. Zero stars.

AVOID unless you like waiting and incorrect orders. orderes an extra most bestest stuffed crust and got a classic pepperoni. they must turn the oven speed up a little bit when they're busy cuz the pizza was barely cooked. never had a single good experience here and after the 5th time I think I'll finally learn. ordered at 5:06 got my pizza at 6:10 from the girl before she stuck it in the rack.

Pizza took over an hour after the order was placed and more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Edit have been back since appears to be semi frequent along with not using the pizza portal or updating emails, otherwise nice. Edit again, to my experience they'll use the portal and email it if they aren't busy otherwise they'll let your pizza sit on the cold shelf instead of the ovens literally intended to keep them warm for as long as possible. If your after pizza that's been left on a cold wire rack, instead of in the heaters specifically designed for pizzas for you to pick up, this place is an easy 10/10. Quite possibly the worst one I've been to.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Absolutely ridiculous to wait over half an hour for something that's supposed to be hot & ready. Not to mention not being able to get answers about how long it will be. Asked cashier who said she would ask how much longer but she never moved or asked. Someone came in for an order they called in that was supposed to be ready & they told her she would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous & no accountability
