I can usually count on the Original single burger being hot and good, but can a brotha get some hot, fresh FRIES please!!! Thank the Lord & Shaq for my air fryer!!! 🤭

This is by far one of the best Hardee's in our area. Great hot food always customer service is always great. Workers seem happy and not mad like other places. I live by the princess Anne store and which I will Never visit again, I will by pass it to come to this one by the mall just for good customer service.

The lobby was not cleaned properly but it was open to the public. The floors and common areas looked unkept. The workers were not friendly or attentive. They lack communication skills and their ability to manage multiple orders via lobby, drive thru, & food delivery orders was not orderly. My meal was fresh, hot, and tasty. But because of the lack of professionalism present with the staff, I give it 3 stars.

Food was decent. Wait was super long. I was asked to pull away from the window to wait for my food and even after politely asking for ketchup to be put in the bag, they didn't put any in the bag. Fries weren't hot and things were pretty greasy

I purchased a chicken sandwich from the drive thru this afternoon. Got it home and the chicken was flat, dry, and burned around the edges. I was expecting thick and juicy as advertised. The dog didn't even want it. Very disappointed.

Charged for two large macaroni n cheese but got two smalls and it tasted bland like some one watered it down, barely cheesy at all. Burgers old I had to microwave them. I'm not going to order from W21 st. Ever again!

My bacon and egg cheese looked like a burnt piece of fried chicken that was cooked 3 days ago. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. Worst Hardee's I have ever been to.

This particular hardee's is hit or miss when it comes to breakfast. Came here yesterday and the biscuit looked str8 out of a commercial, no complaints. Now this morning I get the same sandwich and it's microwaved with a rubbery texture and a look that says "I was elbow dropped not 20 seconds before being put in this bag"
