My son ordered soda and chips and salsa. He got to the table and I tasted the salsa. It was way to hot for my son or my girlfriend. He took the two salsas back to get them exchanged for queso, the cashier would not exchange the salsa. Instead she charged him almost $6 for two queso dips. I will definitely not be coming here again. This is the size of the queso you get per bag of chips

I went on Saturday the weekend of the wine festival 10/22/17 3 pm. They ran out of chicken had to cook more. I didn't want chicken. After 10 minutes they finally asked, "Who waiting on chicken?" I step up finally to request tacos with lettuce, green peppers, corn, tomatoes, spicy salsa and lime. It was fantastic.
Next time I will get the bowl. I got the veggie bowl with hard tacos Wed. at 11:30am10/25/17. Great service and very clean. No issues this time.

I travel most of the year for work and end up eating Chipotle several times a week. This was by far the worst experience I've had with the chain. I ordered on the app while standing outside the restaurant as they are only taking online orders at this time. I picked my order up 8 minutes later and opened it when I got to my hotel a half a block away.
I order the same thing every single time. Double steak, guac, cheese, salsa, lettuce. The steak was hard, the entire bowl was cold, and it was less than half of a bowl of food. Ridiculous.

Store Owner FYI give your employees some help. Understaffed store after being here multiple times due to staying at a hotel across the street. Customer service and quality don't hit the Chipotle standard. Only reason this store is still around is probably because of location.

Went after the Children’s Festival today. The establishment was dirty, so we wiped our own table. They must’ve been busy all day. I placed my order I had two employees asking me the same questions when I had already answered. I figured they were just flustered and rushed but then I got to the cashier... she was rude. I understand it’s busy and for some reason she was not listening or remembering what the employee told her my order was. I told her what it was and she got snappy with me. Honestly, worst customer experience at a chipotle and I’ve had food with hair in it from another. So happy it was a one time stop.

Never been into a Chipotle this bad...Just came into this location today. Barely any people in there and they were still backed up with absolutely zero urgency. They all looked like they were prisoners being forced to be there. Can’t imagine if it was actually busy.

Our pick up order was trash. We ordered guacamole on the side and on a bowl, only to find out when we arrived and checked our food that it wasn’t there and they were out. When we got home, we found out about HALF of our toppings were missing. No pico, no beans, and I had no vinaigrette on the side. If the location is out of this many items they need to close for the day and notify customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

We like a lot eating out. Last night we found this fine place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely evening there with very good dishes and a nice stuff and a professional cuisine. We put this venue in our phone list and we shall surely come back very soon. We deeply recommend.
