Fantastic little gem . There are 3 chalets at the rear of the pub away from the noise of the road and pub , so very quiet. Very clean, and spacious, we had the family room , bed comfortable , lovely shower & bathroom, a room with a cot …
Stayed here overnight during iur visit to the Dales. It was just close enough. The pub was nice with friendly staff and good food. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, good value for money. Great pie!

New owners are amazing, great atmosphere, really friendly staff and locals, highly recommended and easy access from the A1M
Great food and a lovely pub, perfect roast dinner and if you don't like veg Evan better as they bring out the veg out in separate bowls
I've stayed here couple of nights. No food service, I understand it's a very quiet time of the year, but since you have in house guests, you'd think limited menu would be available. 3 members of staff too busy drinking wine and playing pool …

Absolutely superb lamb roast dinner, friendly bar staff, lovely pub, thoroughly enjoyable first visit.
