During my visit, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a rude DoorDash driver. Despite the unnecessary confrontation, the staff at Absolute Zero handled the situation with grace and professionalism. You know, this place has been in town for several years, and I never understood how it could survive. I went with my family recently, and though there was a substantial wait despite being fairly empty, the ice cream we chose and watched being prepared was excellent. They even took my gluten allergy seriously and prepared my "Berry Blast" at a separate station.

I thought this was going to be a chain and gimmicky but it turned out to be a small business and pretty good! Thai rolled ice cream is made of cream and condensed milk, and it's spread over a very cold surface then scraped into rolls. This allows for endless flavors and they also have a million toppings, so I'm excited to come back and try some different ones. Keep in mind, because it's made to order, it's much slower than a regular ice cream shop.

I came into this place and had the Ferrero Rocher ice cream and it was different yet delicious! I enjoyed watching them roll the ice cream and would go back to get more ice cream because it’s unique. The only downside was having to wait over 10-15 minutes to have my ice cream made because of the people who came in before and after me.

One of the best boba teas I’ve ever had. Their jelly is actually soft and tasty. Perfect ratios of milk, tea, ice and boba. I’ve never had rolled ice cream before and it was so good and flavorful! I got the vegan Nut’n Fancy because I have lactose intolerance. Only complaint I have is that he didn’t make my ice cream on a different cold plate or clean the one that regular milk ice cream had been put on just before. It doesn’t bother me much because I’m not actually vegan and a little bit of milk doesn’t hurt but it should be kept in mind if someone orders vegan there is probably a reason or maybe I should have expressed that. Still 5 stars for food and drink.
