Love their food, always a great dine in experience, but take out was a nightmare. Waited an extra 30 minutes for our order. Ordered online at 7:09, estimated pickup of 20-35 minutes. Yes, they were busy, but food was not ready until after 8. Lots of other people also waiting for food. Perhaps update your online ordering system? Stewed beef soup, Orange Beef, Seaweed Salad. All very tasty. Hot and Sour Soup was cold, (and we live 2 blocks away.)

Oriental Taste is one of the best Szechuan restaurants in western Mass. Highly recommend the ma-la fish, spicy braised chicken w/wide noodles, and dim sum, but you really can't go wrong here. Spice level on the Szechuan dishes is no joke. Even the American Chinese dishes are solid. Service is outstanding and the food is extremely consistent - they never have an "off night."

This is my new favorite place for Chinese food in town. Fresh ingredients, huge menu, generous portions, fast service, totally reasonable prices. My only complaint is the name - cringe... 😬

I live probably 2 and a half hours away and is probably drive over here just for a meal. My first soup dumpling experience was unmatched, and the veggie spring rolls were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Although we didn't order any entrees the staff were nice, the service was super fast, and the food was incredible.

Born and raised in China, I am happy to say that this is one of the very few places around that serves more authentic Chinese food. i.e. food that real Chinese people will enjoy and that is nothing like those made-up dishes served at most "Chinese" take-out joints. Work staff is also nice and friendly. Recommended if you would like to try some real Chinese food!

Food was fantastic. The steamed pork dumplings were great. Sushi was great and the beef short rib in black pepper sauce was especially good. Would definitely order from here again. The service had some hiccups. Felt a bit forgotten about but otherwise really happy.
