Pretty horrible if I’m being honest . Used to be great, but then it went under new management and it’s horrible . Drinks are often not available
Edit: went again, it’s much better than my previous experiences (which were 2 years ago and 3 weeks ago) I guess the one 3 weeks ago was just a bad day. Great place and service love it.

First time in Moe's and it was great. The staff help me, a newbie, to build my grande burrito. End game came a great tasty burrito.

Went to Moe's for the first time today. I am not much of a chain restaurant guy, but I would go back. Bought a basic burrito and it was good. Filled my belly for nine dollars. Decent guacamole. Very clean and friendly service.

I am always happy with what I get here. I love how you can add as many veggies as you want with no extra cost (aside from of course avocado, that adds to the price). The lettuce is never slimy. The chips sometimes are hilariously salty depending on how they were made that day. I think the soda is over priced so I just don't order one.

Located in between Liquors 44 and Stop and Shop, off route 5 (aka King St) in Northampton, Moe's is conveniently located and handicap accessible. I appreciate their various weekday specials, easy parking, friendly staff, and decent food and prices. Free Wifi, eat in or take out. No qualms.

Of all the Moe's in all the land these guys rock. I online order from here every Monday and the guys that work then are super efficient and very friendly. I've messed up ordering online before and they're always happy to fix it for me.

Inexpensive, good variety, fairly standard fare. Comes with free chips, which is great after a long day of work. Good for what it is. You earn points on the app toward free food! Yum!

I literally never leave reviews for anything, but I had to come on here and just say this place has the best customer service ever. They always hook up my rice bowl. And one time I dropped my rice bowl and the manager no hesitation made a new one just as fat. Please never change i love u people <3

I was charged for an order I had canceled, so I called the store to discuss the issue and I’ve never had such an easy and pleasant experience with something like this. Super friendly staff, always. Definitely happy with the customer service they provide.
