Rooftop Gardens

An amazing place, we had lunch on the outside terrace and it was great. The food was attractively presented and very tasty. We had the fixed price menu and we were not disappointed either by the quality or the portion size. My wife has coeliac disease and they were very aware of this and made it very clear her food was gluten free. The views of the cathedral are brilliant and the vertical planters and waterfalls on one wall add to the experience. Our server was very friendly, absolutely no complaints, I’d definitely go back.

The roof top gardens in Norwich is a great place for a drink and some nibbles. Went on a really nice evening lucky to get a space outside so would recommend booking in advance. But the staff made a table for us. Lots of choices for drink and the nibbles we had were amazing. I had a great view over Norwich city centre and there is a car park round the corner which is handy.

We got a lunchtime table on a weekday without a reservation, a choice of inside or outside, we chose outside and were told to use the heater if needed. The hosts were friendly and attentive, the food was very nice and the set lunch very good value. The roof closed at one point, just before a little un-forcast rain came, but it didn’t dampen the experience. I think we’ll go back for dinner another time.

We had a lovely dinner. This place is amazing, the food and the drinks were great. Our waiter David was super nice and gave us really good suggestions, he really made our evening a lot better. We had the lamb kofta as a started and the meat was delicious and went really well with the fresh tzatziki sauce was a great combination. Our main dishes were 10/10, the lobster and the sirloin steak were super juicy but don’t forget to ask for garlic butter, it made our dishes 100/10. The mac and cheese was lovely, super cheesy and full of flavour. The drink were delicious and strong, they have amazing cocktails so don’t miss out on that. As a dessert I had one of the best cheesecakes I ever tried. The Norkfolk strawberries and cream cheesecake was EVERYTHING. The base of the cheesecake was crunchy which was perfect with the cream filling and the jelly strawberry top, I was in love with this dessert. Very good restaurant, good music, good atmosphere and since we went on a Sunday night it was pleasantly quiet. We’ll definitely come back

Food was amazing, really tasty. We had a coeliac with us, who was amazingly well catered for. Drinks were great, although we did have to remind our server about our third round. Absolutely gorgeous location, we were on the roof Terrance on a chilly Saturday, and were provided blankets and an offer to move our table inside. Can't wait to visit again.
