We have now been back twice for 'Afternoon Tea' for special occasions. The food and tea menu are always fantastic, with friendly helpful staff and a great setting, in beautiful surroundings. Have also attended functions here, all of which were of a very high standard. The team really know how to put on an event....

Lovely hotel. Beautifully decor ( we were in room 5) exceptionally comfy bed. First class breakfast with local produce. All the staff we met were delightful and extremely helpful. You access the rooms externally . There is some parking available for hotel guests but it’s a pay and display and you need to obtain a pass from reception and only available between 3pm-11.30 am. The hotel is very popular for afternoon tea and was busy when we arrived (it looked amazing!). It would be great if the hotel had a restaurant for evening meals as I’m sure the food would be delicious. We will definitely return when next in Norwich 5*****

Visited on Saturday. Sat in their “grand hall” for tea and scones. All staff were helpful and attentive especially Emily who looked after me. Nothing was too much! She also provided me information on booking a bedroom for my 40th Wedding anniversary as I was unsure which room would best suit me and my husband.Will definitely return and bring the grandchildren for afternoon tea!
