From the outside this place don't look much but please don't let this cloud your judgement/first impressions......This food here is absolutely stunning ! Fresh ! Full of flavour ! Creative ! I genuinely can't find fault with anything the do or serve there.
The service is great the Tempura king prawns were cooked to perfection we then shared the Sushi platter and wow ! So fresh so full of flavour so well presented and delicious.
The price for all this perfection is very reasonable I would gladly actually pay more if I knew what I was going to be served !!!
I would highly recommend this place to anybody it's an absolute gem in the restaurant options here in Norwich.
Went for dinner here and it was amazing. Had salmon teriyaki, Korean spiced roll and the Sushi Fanatics sharing platter. It was beautifully presented, service was fantastic. I will recommend this place to all my friends and I can't wait to go again!
Amazing meal and great service! We went for the "Ciscoe's Freestyle Platter" which was great as they let us choose our budget and any dietary requirements. We got £100 worth for 3 people, they put the vegetarian pieces on a separate level and it was definitely enough food to go around. Would definitely recommend.
Just tell them what types of sushi you enjoy and let them create you a platter accordingly. Excellent food that we paired with a nice Malbec. All the food tasted very fresh and Ciscoe's is highly recommended!
Absolutely spectacular food with a great variety, nice selection of small dishes to have a few of and larger dishes such as ramen and sushi. The sushi was out of this world and was presented like a work of art. Saw someone else’s sharing platter and that looked sensational. Lovely staff and also has a lovely Japanese feel inside with a good selection of authentic spirits. Food took a while but from the presentation and how it tasted it was all made from scratch so I’d say it was a good thing as it tasted so fresh.
My wife & I visited here for our first ever experience of Japanese/Pan Asian food and WOW!!! What an amazing experience it was, from the super friendly & helpful staff to some of the best food we've had in a very long time, well worth a visit. We plan on going back soon as this has now become our a from favourite plus there is so much more on the menu that we want to try.
This is such a gem of a place. It's beautiful and stylish inside. We were lucky enough to sit at the bar for our meal which meant we got to see the chefs preparing everything which was such an experience. The food was all amazing and there was a lot of choice. We'll definitely be coming back to try some of the other dishes too.
The only downside was that a couple of the staff were a little full on and felt it felt a bit awkward and forced but they might just have been a bit new
Had the one of the best meals we have had in a long time here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.
The food was quick, top quality, fresh made sushi, with the perfect level of show and theatricality that topped it all off, without trying too hard or being too in-your-face.
The hostess was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for anything more.
The pricing was perfectly reasonable for the quality we experienced. We will be back here very soon and would recommend it to anyone.
Came for a group Christmas booking and the entire experience start to finish was amazing! The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were so warm and friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend.

PERFECT. Never been to a sushi restaurant before. Went with my boyfriend for his birthday and it was AMAZING. Genuinely so perfect. We both shared the £80 Chef Platter as I haven’t had proper sushi before and it was insane. Brilliant food, fantastic service (thanks to Rachel and Ali for being so attentive!!), and the chefs are not only incredibly talented but were so helpful in teaching us about sushi, helping us using chopsticks, and just generally were very friendly and lovely to chat to (big thank you to Amber, Vernon, and Lemnon!!!). Genuinely made it the most perfect night and the attention to detail, taste of the food, and quality of the fish was just perfect. Am coming back next week with my dad who is visiting from France as he MUST try the food here and experience the amazing atmosphere!!! (P.S. we were sat at the bar which actually made it the most intimate and sweet dinner date for us, so if you’re going as a couple for a cute date night, don’t be deterred from sitting at the bar!!!)
Not been here in a while but the place has definitely improved! It was a spontaneous date night on Sunday bank holiday weekend, very busy! There were only 2 staff waiting so it was quite hectic, would have been better had they arranged some more help but otherwise, the service was ok.
Atmosphere was busy, turnover of tables was non-stop, interior was nicely decorated with some flower arrangement and a big blossom tree. That said, the layout of could be a bit more well thought out as it was a bit of a tight squeeze between us and the table behind; maybe they wanted to maximise their floor space?
Food was ok, standard expectation from Ciscoes, although there could have been more variety in the fishes from our platter. We tried the ramen for the first time and it wasn't bad at all, but it doesn't feel quite authentic as it was missing some seaweed, and the ramen egg in my opinion.
Overall, quite an expensive meal (spent nearly £60/pp) but I would still recommend.

My boyfriend booked this as a surprise for me. Lovely welcome from the staff who were all friendly. We were sat in the room to the left which I do feel could do with a little more decor to match the room you first walk into.
Felt a little bit like there was a lot of focus on the first room being made cosy and pretty with the room on the left a bit basic. As this was a romantic meal for us it did mean we lost a bit of that mood due to the decor.
Food was lovely. Lots of choice and portion sizes were ideal for us.
We did feedback to the manager that a member of staff had cleared our plates as I was taking my first bite of the last bit of sushi we had which made me feel really rushed and uncomfortable. We're always nervous about giving feedback but the manager was great and took this on board, addressed it with the staff straight away and was so polite and grateful which we appreciated.
I have to mention the dessert which was INCREDIBLE and one of the best desserts l've ever had. Tempura ice cream! I was so intrigued when I saw it on the menu so had to try it and to be honest, thought it sounded like it wouldn't work but it was amazing. I'd recommend saving room so you can try it, I'm also someone who wouldn't usually order an ice cream dessert let alone recommend ice cream. Can't imagine anyone not liking it.
