Ciscoe's Pan Asian & Sushi

My wife & I visited here for our first ever experience of Japanese/Pan Asian food and WOW!!! What an amazing experience it was, from the super friendly & helpful staff to some of the best food we've had in a very long time, well worth a visit. We plan on going back soon as this has now become our a from favourite plus there is so much more on the menu that we want to try.

Amazing meal and great service! We went for the "Ciscoe's Freestyle Platter" which was great as they let us choose our budget and any dietary requirements. We got £100 worth for 3 people, they put the vegetarian pieces on a separate level and it was definitely enough food to go around. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend booked this as a surprise for me. Lovely welcome from the staff who were all friendly. We were sat in the room to the left which I do feel could do with a little more decor to match the room you first walk into. Felt a little bit like there was a lot of focus on the first room being made cosy and pretty with the room on the left a bit basic. As this was a romantic meal for us it did mean we lost a bit of that mood due to the decor. Food was lovely. Lots of choice and portion sizes were ideal for us. We did feedback to the manager that a member of staff had cleared our plates as I was taking my first bite of the last bit of sushi we had which made me feel really rushed and uncomfortable. We're always nervous about giving feedback but the manager was great and took this on board, addressed it with the staff straight away and was so polite and grateful which we appreciated. I have to mention the dessert which was INCREDIBLE and one of the best desserts l've ever had. Tempura ice cream! I was so intrigued when I saw it on the menu so had to try it and to be honest, thought it sounded like it wouldn't work but it was amazing. I'd recommend saving room so you can try it, I'm also someone who wouldn't usually order an ice cream dessert let alone recommend ice cream. Can't imagine anyone not liking it.

The food was quick, top quality, fresh made sushi, with the perfect level of show and theatricality that topped it all off, without trying too hard or being too in-your-face. The hostess was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for anything more. The pricing was perfectly reasonable for the quality we experienced. We will be back here very soon and would recommend it to anyone.

Not been here in a while but the place has definitely improved! It was a spontaneous date night on Sunday bank holiday weekend, very busy! There were only 2 staff waiting so it was quite hectic, would have been better had they arranged some more help but otherwise, the service was ok. Atmosphere was busy, turnover of tables was non-stop, interior was nicely decorated with some flower arrangement and a big blossom tree. That said, the layout of could be a bit more well thought out as it was a bit of a tight squeeze between us and the table behind; maybe they wanted to maximise their floor space? Food was ok, standard expectation from Ciscoes, although there could have been more variety in the fishes from our platter. We tried the ramen for the first time and it wasn't bad at all, but it doesn't feel quite authentic as it was missing some seaweed, and the ramen egg in my opinion. Overall, quite an expensive meal (spent nearly £60/pp) but I would still recommend.
