Amazing food, however service was a bit off and hygiene wasn’t as good as it could be. Some of the plates and forks still had specs of dirt on them, and then when we went to pay there was a bit of a weird problem with not being able to pay by card, and my friend had to go to a cash machine to get cash out. The food was really really good though, and pretty cheap.

Stark adverse comparison to the brilliantly authentic Chinese eating house diagonally opposite: The Wanfo Pavilion turns out food that's JUST eatable. Don't be fooled by the draft beer pumps - they are false. Wine grossly expensive too. Sadly, like so many British shop proprietors of ALL types now, the staff here are also false and very money-eager, while delivering a product not commensurate with their food's quantity or quality vs price. Don't get caught out like I and my business colleagues did over Easter 2019. The interior photo I've posted here was taken at 8pm on a Friday night. Need I say more? Authentic Chinese restaurants in my home country of Scotland are better than this.

Had the most delicious takeaway of cold pork belly with cucumber, garlic and chilli; lightly seasoned fried beans with mince and Sichuan pepper; and spicy pork dumplings. Each dish was wonderfully flavourful - spicy, garlicy and fragrant. It is a big menu so worth taking some time to select your dishes thoughtfully - this was a fab combination for me! The staff were totally lovely. I’d hugely recommend.
