First time here, nice cosy atmosphere and comfy seating. Reasonable prices too. Only spoiled by a couple letting their children jump all over the adjacent sofas.

Cannot express enough how amazing Cactus is for both coffee and the kids area! It’s a really lovely spot for mums & dads to meet and have good quality coffee and food whilst letting children play. Most unique coffee shop in the whole of Norwich in that regard!

Really lovely cafè, first time going. The staff were super friendly, my work colleagues and I were able to work from here all day. We did have a tab open where we ordered drinks and food. Prices are really reasonable, food was good and so were the hot drinks. Will definitely be going back. It's child friendly too :) really enjoyed the atmosphere. The person in charge was also kind enough to let us stay a little longer after closing, thank you! :)

Came here for brunch with my fiancée and our dog, was a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, would highly recommend here if you want to bring your dog with you for something to eat or just for a coffee.
